I need a quote, how do I do this?


Every job is different and individual. We like to give an accurate quote, so we find the best and easiest way to do this is to have quick chat with you. Get in touch using the contact button at the tope of the page and briefly outline your requirements.




What is the bespoke design & order process?


Once you are happy with your quote, we spend some time talking to you and going through your requirements to find out exactly how you want the look and feel of your design. We then design some rough drafts for you to look over. You choose the look you are happiest with and we take it from there – tweaking and refining the design as much as needed. Once you are completely happy with the design and have approved it, we will then send over an invoice for payment. This can be paid either using your credit/debit card or by BACS.




How long will it take to do my design?


Every job is different and every deadline is different. You should always allow sufficient time for the designing and proofing of your work. If your deadline is very tight, we will do our best to accomodate this. We will, of course, advise at the time of contact whether we can complete in the requested time frame.
